Wacom Artpad II

While I was looking for information on Artpad II. I can't remember when I bought it. I looked it up and it was released in 1995. So I may have bought in either 1995 or 1996. It was a bundle with software.

Anyway, I saw something online, that people were asking how to connect artpad II to currently computer or laptop. For my computer, which is Window ME. I have no problem with it. Last year, I got my first laptop which is Window XP but supposed to be Vista (no idea why cuz it was labled). I didn't realized about my artpad. Months after that, I remember it and I was eager to connect artpad to it and found there is no port for it.

Yes. This year I was looking for adapter. I found it on Ebay for cheap because it cost lot at store.

My only suggestion, get that USB to serial adapter with driver disk. Plus download Artpad driver from Wacom.com.

I did and it works just fine.

Hint: Once you installed Artpad to one of usb ports. Keep it on same usb every time. So better make a right choice of port. So it would not interence other device like flash driver (I'm talking about space betweent usb(s) that some devices has strange shape or wide shape)

New Freebie Kit is coming soon.

After the trouble with CS5. It happened have no code to open it. I finally contacted the person who sold it to me. She apologized for the problems she caused.

I finally opened last week and make sure everything is fine and working.

I will create a new freebie kit. Maybe relate to Back-to-School? I could do that.

So watch the space for new freebie. :)

Good News!

Good news! I finally got my CS software! That means I can create png files!
Whoops!

It has been two years since I last give away freebies. I am college student and my twin niece and nephew are driving me crazy! Just that many things going on.

I will be on few trips this year. I hope that after the trips, I could start to create a kit for you to use.

I am very busy like crazy. No time for present.

I won't know when I will be back to create digital papers.

Other than that, I'm disappointed that there is no Brave channel. Charter moved it to farther number like ch 189 on box which I don't have it. I tried to view the show at someone else's TV with cable box. No such luck cause it said not authorized. I think it is terrible thing for Charter to take an advantage. I can't afford cable box. My income is low and tight. Plus I'm back to college. I miss every episode of House since its new season started cause it was on same night of my class. Ugh.

Life isn't fun anymore.
